Fitted with a smoky blue sapphire dial and mesh decor with nautical accents, it also displays a number of more sporting specificities that set it apart from the other models in the collection: openworked hands, the four micro-blasted screws in black DLC-treated steel of its crown and the counterweight of its seconds hand stylized with the Phi symbol, the House's unmistakable emblem. Its steel case with taut and athletic lines has been designed to withstand a water resistance of 100 meters. All in sportiness and sobriety, the mention Riviera has been added at 6 o'clock and the name known to all Baumatic, balanced but discreet between 10 and 11 o'clock. On the sides of the case, a ring in blue anodised aluminum and the stripe of color in the center of its crown add an unexpected touch of technicality by subtly recalling the color of the dial. This summer's Riviera Baumatic 42 mm is powered by a Baume & Mercier movement with proven performance: five-day power reserve, precision of -4 s/+6 s on a daily basis as well as solid protection against magnetic fields.
