In 2023, the BR-X5 Green Lum pushed the limits of this technology even further with an entirely luminescent case, created using the exclusive composite LM3D. In 2024, a new version, the BR-X5 Blue Lum, will complete this offering, emitting a striking blue glow.
Bold, visible innovation: Bell & Ross has developed an innovative luminous material for the BR-X5 Lum: a composite combining epoxy quartz fibre, luminescent material and resin. This material ensures uniform luminosity and is exceptionally lightweight, being 70% lighter than steel. The BR-X5 Blue Lum offers a new colour option with its powerful emissions of blue light.
A powerful conceptual design: The BR-X5 Blue Lum, equipped with a COSC-certified manufacture movement, offers a power reserve of 70 hours. Cut from a block of grade 2 titanium with a DLC finish, the container which houses the mechanism is inserted between two shields in LM3D, a photoluminescent composite material. The movement and case come with a 5-year guarantee.
